Business English training on-the-job for the job
As a Target InCorporate Trainer you’ll deliver customized business English training in-house, supporting your clients in doing their jobs better in English. Typically, our programs have multiple trainers in one location and each team is managed by a dedicated program manager. A full-time InCorporate Trainer is responsible for the training needs of 70-100 business professionals. You work from within the client offices, delivering job-specific training that is easily transferable to the workplace.
As an InCorporate Trainer, your program blends elements such as regular classes, virtual training, one-to-one sessions, theme-based workshops, skill seminars and on-the-job training. On-the-job training means getting out of the “classroom” and delivering training and support directly in the workplace. This can include shadowing meetings, helping improve emails and documentation and preparing presentations and visits. Your participants are business professionals who need to improve their ability to communicate in English.
As we work exclusively with business clients, we are looking for qualified trainers who feel comfortable working in a corporate environment.
We are looking for trainers with:
- Recognised TEFL qualification (min. CELTA or equivalent)
- 3 years’ EFL experience including corporate / business English training or a corporate background and 2 years’ TEFL experience
- A working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office programmes (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and virtual platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams, Webex)
- A committed, professional attitude to training and client management
