Your job as a freelance trainer
You’ll deliver engaging, challenging and transferable seminars and workshops to our corporate clients. Our seminars are typically 1-2 days in length and are often run at the client’s offices. Some of the training may be delivered virtually. Based from home, you’ll deliver practical training modules to our clients via Webex or a similar platform. Our clients are mainly from Germany and the Benelux, but as we work wherever our clients are, projects have also included western and eastern Europe. Scandinavia, the Middle East and North America.
Requirements to apply
For you, as for us, training is about people. Your experience, energy and enthusiasm make a difference. Beyond that, we look for:
- A professional background and extensive experience in delivering training.
- A minimum of 3 years’ training experience in delivering either communication, intercultural or interpersonal skills.
- A committed, professional attitude to training, work in general & managing the client.
- Comfortable using standard Microsoft Office programmes (Word, PowerPoint,Outlook).
Your responsibilities
Supported by a project manager and our resource co-ordinator, your main job is to deliver training. Outside of the realms of training delivery, you may be asked to:
- Liaise with end-clients.
- Brief other trainers.
- Research training content.
- Run a client needs analysis.
